Full-Stack Developer · Technology Consultant · Geopolitical Researcher · Founder, CripeHub Solutions
I build software for a living and I research how the world is being rewritten by it. Those two lanes run in parallel, not in tension. Clients come to CripeHub for production builds. They stay because the same operator thinking through their architecture has also spent ten years watching how information, power, and technology actually behave under pressure.
I started as a PHP specialist and have been full-stack since. Hundreds of WordPress sites shipped as webmaster. Prestashop ecommerce platforms built end-to-end for European retailers. Custom builds in JavaScript, Next.js, React, Angular, Node, and APIs. Mobile and desktop platforms delivered on C#, .NET, Xamarin, and React Native. Managed hosting alongside the development. The work is hands-on and it stays hands-on.
In the blockchain and Web3 lane, I've held executive roles at NFT gaming companies and DeFi platforms, closed $600K in Web3 sales within five months, and built the EvaCodes business development practice across Solana, EVM, real estate tokenization, and iGaming verticals. I understand smart contracts, blockchain architecture, and AI integration from client engagements and product decisions, not whitepapers.
CripeHub operates inside a global network of 500+ development teams I can mobilise inside 48 hours. That means a founder coming with a vibe-coded proof of concept that needs a real architecture, or a brand needing an ecommerce platform shipped in a quarter, or an institution needing a custom AI integration audited and rebuilt: all get the same answer. I scope it, I assemble the right operators, and I stay accountable as the principal.
The parallel research lane is geopolitical and increasingly AI-shaped. By October–November 2021, while living near Kupiansk in eastern Ukraine, I was openly anticipating the invasion that arrived in February 2022, three to four months before it happened. I spent December preparing and evacuated in January. No formal channel, no government briefing. Just an early and public read, made possible by being on the ground in a region almost no Western residents were in at the time. Before Ukraine, I spent seven years as president of Parti d'Extrême Centre, a French centrist political party I founded in 2012, and ran as a candidate in départementales, régionales, and parliamentary elections.
Today the research focus is LLMs and disinformation: how large language models are reshaping reputation, narrative attribution, and information environments for public and private sector clients. It's the natural intersection of the two lanes. A technologist who has shipped on the underlying stacks, looking at how those stacks are being used to rewrite the information layer.
I'm based in Europe and operate worldwide through CripeHub Solutions LLC. I work in English and French.

Founded and led a French centrist political party for seven years. Candidate in départementales, régionales, and parliamentary elections. Built and managed political organisation, public communication, and ideological platform.
My political philosophy on energy is simple: bring production as close to the consumer as possible, at the smallest viable scale. Grid dependence is a vulnerability, political, strategic, and personal. I spent my last year in Ukraine building toward near-self-sufficiency on a working farm: waste management, food production, local energy. The February 2022 invasion interrupted that project. The lesson stayed.
This shapes how I think about energy resilience, decentralised infrastructure, and the governance of critical systems, not as abstract policy questions but as problems I have lived. It is a second advisory lane I am building alongside democratic resilience work, relevant to municipalities, climate resilience programs, and post-conflict reconstruction contexts anywhere these problems are real.
Philip writes and records music across English, Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch, Tatar, and other languages, an extension of the same curiosity and cross-cultural depth that shapes his analytical work. Two albums are available on all major streaming platforms under the project name Silent White Noise.
Vertigo, the first album, documents the pressure of building multiple ventures simultaneously, recovering from surgery, and pushing through without rest. Rise Again, the second, is about exactly what the title says.
