I'm an analyst and technologist with a background that doesn't fit standard categories. I've founded a political party, evacuated a conflict zone, built blockchain companies, submitted intelligence to governments, and written for international publications — all before most think tank fellows had left their first postdoc.
In November 2021, while living near Kupiansk in eastern Ukraine, I submitted a formal intelligence assessment predicting the Russian invasion — three months before it happened. I was one of the only Western analysts on the ground in that region, speaking daily with Ukrainian soldiers on active front lines and monitoring Russian-language media and Telegram channels that most Western analysts couldn't access. I evacuated in January 2022.
Before Ukraine, I spent seven years as president of Parti d'Extrême Centre, a French centrist political party I founded in 2012. I ran for Parliament. I understand European democratic process not as an observer but as a practitioner — including its vulnerabilities, its procedural mechanics, and the ways external actors exploit both.
I'm also a technologist. I've held executive roles at NFT gaming companies and DeFi platforms, closed $600K in Web3 sales within five months, and built the EvaCodes business development practice across Solana, EVM, real estate tokenization, and iGaming verticals. I understand smart contracts, blockchain architecture, and AI integration not from whitepapers but from client engagements and product decisions.
This combination — political operator, field analyst, and practising technologist — is what makes my election integrity work different. When I write about the risks of blockchain voting systems or AI-driven electoral manipulation, I am not extrapolating from theory. I have built on these technologies. I have run inside democratic institutions. I have watched disinformation operate in real time, in Russian, from a warzone.
I am currently based in Europe. My advisory practice spans democratic governance, geopolitical intelligence, and technology strategy — serving governments, think tanks, and private clients across Europe, North America, and beyond. I write in English and French.

My political philosophy on energy is simple: bring production as close to the consumer as possible, at the smallest viable scale. Grid dependence is a vulnerability — political, strategic, and personal. I spent my last year in Ukraine building toward near-self-sufficiency on a working farm: waste management, food production, local energy. The Russian invasion interrupted that project. The lesson stayed.
This shapes how I think about Nordic energy resilience, decentralised infrastructure, and the governance of critical systems — not as abstract policy questions but as problems I have lived. It is a second advisory lane I am building alongside democratic resilience work, relevant to Nordic municipalities, EU climate resilience programs, and post-conflict reconstruction contexts.
